The National Society organises training courses, conferences and other events for diocesan officers and others working in Church school management, RE and teaching. These provide opportunities for networking, planning and reflection with colleagues working throughout England and Wales.

Annual Conference for Diocesan Directors of Education, Tuesday 13 - Thursday 15 June 2006 at Ardencote Manor Warwickshire.
Section 48 On-Going Training Courses application form and details of dates: the National Society is offering four regionally based training days 11 May, 6 & 30 June and 7 July 2006, for existing inspectors. The focus of these sessions is inspection writing and they will be based on a new National Society writing guidance document. These sessions will count towards an individual SIAS inspector's annual 2-day CPD requirement.
